The house comes with a simple motor boat, allowing you to explore the lake at your own pace, discover hidden spots, or just drift in complete tranquility. 💰 Price: 400€ per night
👥 Capacity: Suitable for 4–5 people

🕘 Schedule:
Guests must arrive in Koman at:

• 10:00 AM (check-in / transfer to the house)
• 4:00 PM (pick-up / return time)

🚤 Boat & Mobility:
The floating house comes with a simple motor boat, which guests can use freely to move and explore the area. It is easy to operate.

⛽ Fuel Policy:
The boat is provided with a full tank. Fuel consumption will be checked at the end of the stay and must be paid separately based on usage.

🍽️ Food & Cooking:
Guests should bring their own food. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen and also has a BBQ grill for cooking.

🎣 Activities:
A kayak is available, ideal for relaxing and fishing in the peaceful surroundings.
